Jack Humphreville

Jack Humphreville, a resident of Windsor Square, is one of the owners of Recycler Classifieds (www.recycler.com), which has been relocated to Van Nuys Blvd in Sherman Oaks. As the Greater Wilshire NC representative to the DWP MOU Oversight Committee, he became involved in Valley Vote in connection with DWP’s massive, less-than-transparent rate increases and their disproportionate impact on homeowners, the unfunded retirement liabilities, the lack of transparency, and the milking of DWP by City Hall. He believes that a “Rate Payers Advocate” would increase transparency, since it would review the operations, management and financial affairs of the DWP.
